Windows 10: Microsoft-Windows-WHEA-Logger - Ereignis-ID: 46, Schwerwiegender Hardwarefehler....

I am facing, BSOD, during gaming RDR2 crashes always, Dota2 crashes once per h, both BSOD or just crash. Usually I get this WHEA Logger error 46, that indicates RAM error. I swapped PSU now 1000W Corsair, Graphic Card 2080ti to 780xtx, tried 3 different RAM and checked on other PC, and ran test, they are fine, Reinstalled windows completely fresh on 2 different drives, I changed the CPU cooler, checked temperatures, ran stress tests for 20 min to check for overheating HW Info tool everything is cool, I checked for function of each cooler there is, even motherboard. I installed late

I just received two Event ID 19 WHEA-Logger's tonight, "Reported by component: Processor Core"

Google led me to a Ten forums thread that seems to indicate this Meltdown and Spectre patch related. Has anyone else had these or know anything more about it?

However nothing was reported missing or corrupted during the scan. All was fine at the end of it. Still getting the WHEA Logger Event ID 19 though.
