Windows 10: Microsoft Wireless Adapter App won't install or open but i own?

As the title say'd, i can't even find it on my Windows 10 Computer? I have the 4K Wireless adapter Plugged into my Samsung 55". With WiFi, it works but why is it I can't download the software? It says i own it but won't let me download?So annoying!Thanks

Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter will not install from Windows Store (SurfacePro3, Win10)

• Are you facing this issue only with wireless display adapter from the store?

I suggest you to install all the latest pending Windows updates as below and check if it helps.

• Go to “settings” and click on “update and security”.
• Under tab “Windows update”, click on the icon “check for updates”.
• Then once you find the pending updates install it and check.

Also you may try downloading the “Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter” from the below ink and install it, check if the issue persists or not.

windows 10 apps won,t open

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  Type the following commands.
  
  
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.
