Windows 10: Microsoft Wireless Adapter problem after update

Hi,In our company, we have several Microsoft Wireless Adapters, both Full HD and 4K versions. After the last update, we have encountered an issue where, after approximately 20 minutes, the MWA switches to a mode where instead of the DEVICE NAME, it displays "Ready to connect," and the keyboard shortcut images for connection appear in a smaller font with only the DEVICE NAME and "Connect to the device" written below in small text. Is this some kind of error or some kind of power-saving mode? When this happens, we often have difficulty connecting to the MWA, and when we do manage to connect, it
