Windows 10: Microsoft Wireless Bluetooth Mobile Mouse 3600 disconnection

Hi.I own Microsoft's 3600 mouse and lately, it's getting disconnected a lot of times. When I try to pair it again through the Bluetooth setup, it's not successful, although usually it's not even detected. The only solution I found is removing the Bluetooth general drivers from the Device Manager, restarting the computer, taking out the battery from the mouse, returning it, and then trying to pair. I don't know if I'm right, but it may be disconnected while there are incoming notifications from Telegram Desktop. Anybody is familiar with this problem?

We would need some more information:

1. Were there any changes made to the operating system recently?
2. May I know the make and the model number of the system?
3. Are you getting any error message?

I recommend you to follow the methods given below.

Method 1:

Method 2:

1. Uninstall the current drivers that is installed on the system and
   Download Bluetooth Mobile Mouse 3600 driver.

1. Reboot the PC after installing the Drivers and check.

Bluetooth Pairing Issue with Microsoft Bluetooth 3600 Mouse on windows 10

Hi,

I have a similar issue installing the Microsoft Mobile 3600 Bluetooth mouse on my parents Lenovo T510 with Windows 10 installed on it. The pc can find the old Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 8000, but when I try to search with bluetooth for the Mobile 3600
mouse it cannot detect it.

I have tried the mouse on my Surface pro and there pairing is really easy so I know the device is not defective.

Are there any suggestions to resolve this problem?
