    Microsoft Wireless Comfort Desktop 5050 connection through Bluetooth is not working


    Hi, My Microsoft Wireless Comfort Desktop 5050 Transceiver broke today and I tried connect both Mouse and Keyboard through Bluetooth.I clicked on the Connect Button at the back of the Mouse and the indication light turned green, then I tried to add a device and pair it through the Bluetooth & Other Devices Settings but I couldn't find either of the devices.I opened the Bluetooth Troubleshooting and it seems that everything is working properly. I would appreciate any help.Thanks in advance.

    • Aside from the function keys, does the other keys work?
