    Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter Issue

I recently installed a wireless display adapter for a client and confirmed that it shows up in the Connect window on their laptop, but not on their desktop. I ran a DXDiag on the desktop to confirm that Miracast is supported, and it is. The report shows that 1 Miracast: Available, with HDCP, 2 Driver Model: WDDM 2.7, and 3 Miracast: Supported. However, no amount of updating the OS or drivers gives me the result I'm looking for. The Connect window searches endlessly without ever showing the name of the wireless display adapter. Searching under Add a device in the Settings menu also searches

    :)
