Windows 10: Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter not working properly

This thread is the same as my question - but it isn;t answered. Why do these things get locked, requiring the same quesiton to be asked again?Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter - Reset button not working - Microsoft CommunityMy wireless display adapter v2 the one with the windows 4 square logo seems to be stuck in a boot loop. Every time it powers on you get the white loading screen and then after a few seconds it turns off and restarts. I have tried the troubleshooting tips, but nothing is working so i thought i would try a hard reset using the button on the dongle The reset button isn't

This issue can occur if there is pending firmware update or the issue with the drivers. I would suggest you to follow the below steps and let us know about the results:
