my microsoft wireless mouse and keyboard 2000 suddenly didnt work. windows recognize the driver and show the mouse and keyboard is ready to use but it doesnt work. the batteries are full and the key power of the mouse is on. Moreover, when i turn the mouse on, first the green light is turned on and then sometimes the red one turned on and started to blink and sometimes suddenly the mouse turn of the red and green LEDs.

Microsoft wireless mouse/keyboard not recognized.

I bought a wireless mouse and keyboard package. Its the Microsoft wireless mouse 500 and the wireless comfort keyboard 5050. It worked great for a while, but I got a Windows 10 update, and all of a sudden when I plug in the usb, I get an error saying
it has malfunctioned or Windows doesn't recognize it. I tried reinstalling the 'Microsoft Mouse and keyboard Center', but that didn't help. Any suggestions?

I did the windows10 upgrade and now the wireless keyboard and mouse won't work. Error message says USB device not recognized by Microsoft.

 

Looking Windows10 driver for Microsoft Wireless Comfort Keyboard 1.0A, Model 1027

I looked up the site suggested website and was not able to find an upgrade for Microsoft wireless Comfort keyboard model #1027 and the wireless optical mouse 2.0 model #1008 for Windows 10 . Any other suggestions out there?
