Windows 10: Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 4000 scroll wheel not working

Hi,My scroll wheel on my mouse is starting to get sticky and peeling off the wheel and the click part stopped working too.Can I purchase this part from Microsoft? All I need is the wheel portion, the rest of the mouse works properly.

I just bought the Microsoft Wireless Mobile 4000 mouse. It says it has "4-way scroll wheel for navigating up, down, left and right". I would like to use the left and right tilt on the wheel to go back and forward, but this does not seem to work. The side
button to go back is nice, but I want it to work on the wheel too. I have looked through the Microsoft mouse and keyboard center software, but I cannot configure this. Any input is greatly appreciated, thank you very much. God bless.

HELLO-I have just purchased the MOBILE WIRELESS MOUSE 4000.It states that it has the capacity to scroll left to right/horizontally.How would I perform this function,(e.g. By tilting the wheel left to right?)Thank you
