Windows 10: Microsoft wireless mouse 1000 model 1454 dongol has suddenly stopped

Dears could u help me on the below I tried what was mentioned in another forum but it didn't work with me..My wirless mouse mostly dongol has suddenly stopped working.The mouse red light is working however nothing reflects on my laptopI changed the batty with anew Energizer oneI tried another mouse on the same usb port and it workedI tried another machine on a usb port that already works for another mouse with no luckThe model is old but I haven't used it till mid of 2021 the box was closed then i used it for 5 months and suddenly without any reason it stopped working..Thanks in advance

Microsoft wireless mouse 1000 model 1454- need same size recommendation

My Microsoft wireless mouse 1000 (model 1454) has an issue - its left click stopped working. I am trying to purchase a new one, but this model is not available anywhere. A new 1000 has a small size which is not comfortable. Can anyone suggest a model
that has the same size as model 1454? Thank you.

regarding the wireless mouse connectivity.

I have a Microsoft wireless Mouse 1000, Model number-1454 but i dont have the usb connector. Can I connect my dell laptop to the mouse without the connector? If not can I get it in the market?
