Windows 10: Microsoft won't help me

Please someone help me how do I change my password on THIS account I own it but it's not letting me reset my password it keeps saying verification method not working I can't remove replace security info or cancel it because it doesn't send me the code iv tried unlinking my pc from my Microsoft account and it still says I have to login I get logged in from my github account but there's no option for that on windows 10 lockscreen I am stuck I cannot do anything please someone helped me iv tried calling Microsoft but nothing works it's just the same ai telling me to use the password reset link bu

cortana won`t talk to me

I appreciate if you could answer few questions to narrow down the issue and to provide you better assistance.

• Check and verify if Cortana is activated?
• Does Cortana search and gives any output/result on screen?
• Is the Language and region settings set to valid value?
• Check and verify if Cortana available in your region?

Method 1:

I suggest you to try to turn Cortana off and then try turning it on back and check if she talks. Refer to the steps below to turn Off and On Cortana:

• Open Cortana.
• Click the hamburger button in the top left of the window.
• Go to Settings and click on off.
• Follow the same steps to turn it on.
• Check if issue persists.

Applications won`t maximize

Following a W10 update, applications only open as minimised on the taskbar and won`t maximize. I have tried closing them minimised but no good. Can anyone help ? thanks
