Windows 10: Microsoft won’t install

    Microsoft won’t install


    Hello, I have a Microsoft surface 2 laptop and I needed to do a factory reset which for some reason did not complete. I now get this pop up that says “install windows” and it tells me to restart which I already have and the pop up keeps happening. For some reason the computer will not enter recovery mode so I can attempt another factory reset. What can I do?

    microsoft store games won`t play

    when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

    the splash screen appears then goes

    I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

    I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.
