Windows 10: Microsoft won't recognise Nintendo switch serial number to register on Microsoft account to...

I'm trying to register a Nintendo switch on my newly made Microsoft account, I've entered the serial number correctly time and time again but it's not registering...I've been told I need to register the switch on Microsoft in order to play on the switch with other users and different platforms

I'm confused?? Is the computer listed in the Microsoft Account/Devices page or not? If not, you have to register it and it may take a couple of days to register in the Microsoft Store.

Because you registered your account on Minecraft Microsoft edition, you are able to play on Microsoft server only, that is, Xbox account.

The problem is that Nintendo server is different from Microsoft’s so Nintendo has a separate client or server. If you want to play Minecraft on Nintendo Switch, you have to register an account on their platform. Go to the Nintendo official website to do it.

Then, use this account to log in to Minecraft on your Nintendo Switch.

Microsoft Account Not connecting to Minecraft on Nintendo Switch

So one day I load up Minecraft on my Nintendo Switch and for some reason my I was logged out of my Microsoft account. I did the steps where you got on aka.ms/remoteconnect put the code in and put my microsoft account info in. Than it said you may safety
leave this page your switch will be logged in short or something like that. But when I looked at my switch it said “Failed to connect to account.” So I did it again like 5 times same message. I figured out this is my microsoft account because I can log into
my alt microsoft acccont on switch. I dont know how to fix this can someone please help me.
