Windows 10: Microsoft Word / Excel - Properties Question

When I save a document word, excel, etc. and I right click on it and then go to Properties - Details, it shows under Origin, Authors and Last saved by, it is showing an email address.The e-mail address it is showing is an outlook e-mail address that I used when I first went through the set-up process with the new computer.After I set everything up, I removed completely that e-mail address to use just my name as the Local Administrator.But for some reason that e-mail address is associated with my word / excel documents under: Properties - Details Origin - Authors / Last saved by.So, my que

Unable to edit Word documents in Windos 10

Word, Excel and PowerPoint are Office applications. There are different Office versions. You may follow the steps below to check which version of Office you are using.

• 
  Go to File Then select Account.
  
• 
  Click on About Word (Which have symbol of question mark).
  

I also suggest you to check multiple versions of Microsoft Office is installed or not in your system. You may follow the steps below:

• 
  Go to Control panel.
  
• 
  Click on programs and features.
