Windows 10: Microsoft XPS Document Writer v4 not available as printer option on Windows 10 Pro

Hi,I would like to install the Microsoft XPS Document Writer v4 on a PC running Windows 10 Pro. I did this successfully on one PC already as follows:Go to Control Panel Hardware and Sound Devices and PrintersClick "Add a Printer"Click "The printer I want isn't listed"Choose "Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings"Select "Use an existing port:" and leave this set to the default "LPT1: Printer Port and click NextIn the "Install the Printer drive" dialog box, select Microsoft as the Manufacturer and click Windows Update to update the list of printers.After Windows Upda

Press Windows key + R

Type: control printers

Hit Enter

Click Add printer

Click 'The printer what I want isn't listed'

Select 'Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings'

Select 'Use an existing port'

Click Next

Select Microsoft

In the right side, scroll down to the bottom

Select microsoft xps document writer v4

Click Next

I got all through this until: Look for "Microsoft XPS Document Writer v4" or of similar fare, XPS Class Driver

Microsoft XPS Document Writer is not in the list! Dead in the water..
