  1. Microsoft Your Phone App will not allow me to reset a device

I have Your Phone App on Windows 10 v1903, synced with my Galaxy Note 8.

Everything worked great for about a month, then stopped working, presenting me with links to troubleshooting, but when clicked nothing happened.

Doing a search, I found the following; https://www.windowscentral.com/how-fix-common-problems-your-phone-app-windows-10

I followed the reset and when opening the app again in Windows it still showed my existing device.

I then did the reset again, removed the app from Windows and it is still removed from my Note 8, so I could start all over.

I then reinstalled the Your Phone App from the Windows Store, started the app and it still has the old information.

How can I truly remove all the data about the devices from the Your Phone App?

I made sure the phone was removed from the devices and is not listed any where in the Settings > Devices >Bluetooth & other devices

    :)

Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

I think I'll put a list of people's favourite apps in the OP, starting with my own until I get some suggestions, but you can take a look at the Windows Phone app store at the top apps to see what's popular http://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/store

You are both now added, welcome! *Toast :toast:

When my phone fails to upgrade I just keep trying. One upgrade took 3 or 4 tries.
