Windows 10: MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall tool not found - 404

Hi!


I'm trying to download the Microsoft Uninstall Tool from :

https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/17588/windows-fix-problems-that-block-programs-being-installed-or-removed


But it gives me this error:

Please fix this or if the file is moved to some other link, please share the updated link.

Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool Error 404

I want to download the KB 890830 (64 bit Malicious Software removal Tool and am shown a 404 Page Not Found so has this tool been removed or
e;se what is the problem please help

You should add VLC to that list. Plays most anything, except WMV/WMA.

And are we sticking to free tools? Cause I have suggestions for some that cost money, but are well worth it IMHO.
