    So I get an email from the Insider program, that goes to my normal mail provider from where it is forwarded to another Outlook mailbox, which rejects it as a DMARC failure.     Rejection of emails from hotmail.com

    Incoming emails from 'hotmail.com' are being entirely rejected by my Yahoo mail i.e. not placed in my spam or trash folders. Yet emails from 'hotmail.co.uk' are getting through. Yahoo help says its a Microsoft problem, whereas your previous forum entries
    suggest its a Yahoo problem. I just want to get it fixed - please?

    Bcc emails rejected as spam

    Spamhaus, I think that is entirely from intended recepient having signed up for an interceptor service, such captures any/all emails, rejects the ignore listed, forwards secretly the ones not on the ignore list.
    Because of the aggressive anti-spam engines out there, I still recommend no more than 20-25 names in the bcc, with yourself in the To field, thus immediately identifying to all who you are.
    And, make sure you have a crystal clear brief Specific Purpose Statement in the Subject field. Continue to avoid what I call the [famous MLM] ploy: "I invite you to an exciting fun-filled gathering!"

    Thanks for the suggestion. I've just signed up with MailChimp and added contacts. It's aimed at businesses of course but free for upto 500 contacts so ideal for me. I haven't worked out how to send emails yet though...

    I'm using mail.com as my email service so I'm not sure how that affects things. Here is a sample of rejected email messages (with the recipient addresses deleted)
