  1. Microsoift Solitaire Online Collection Timer

I am repeating a question asked by many others over a long period. I pay to be a Microsoft Solitaire online Premium subscriber. I enjoy the game and have been a Premium subscriber for many years. I am extremely aggravated that when I am engaged in playing a game and have to stop for some reason and close the game up properly and come back to play again later the timer has continued to run. THIS IS A MAJOR AGGRAVATION AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! This happened to me again today. I was playing Klondike and had to stop so I closed it down by choosing to "start over" and exited the game site. When I came back later and started the game over I finished it very quickly. My recorded time was over 6 HOURS! Microsoft could fix this problem easily but Microsoft seems to be more interested in making money than making their customers happy. I'm not sure if logging out of X-Box would work to stop the timer as has been suggested before but, as others have said, I don't play X-Box and have no interest in doing so. Also, when I have done that I find it takes several minutes. Sometimes I don't have time to exit using that process. Microsoft should make it easy to enter and exit Solitaire and stop the timer when leaving. It has been posted that the timer can be stopped on two of the games but not on the other three. Again. this is unacceptable and everyone who is irritated by this should complain until Microsoft wakes up and fixes the problem. If I have missed the solution to this problem that has upset so many people I would appreciate it if someone would educate me.

    :)

  3. issues with timer for microsoft solitaire collection events

Hello, this is a common problem with timing on the microsoft solitaire collection game with the way it calculates time. The issue is that it continues to count your timer even if you are not actually in the game/go do something else for a while and are
    not playing.

This seems to be a bug with the game in general.

You can check the solitaire FAQs here:
    https://microsoftcasualgames.com/casualsuite/su...

then you can report it on the feedback hub with win+F. Other than that my only suggestion is to re-install and see if that helps.
