Windows 10: Micrsoft store, calculator, Xbox and others won't open

Hi, for the past month or so, the store app, the calculator, the xbox apps and some settings screens just wont open. If I click on one of them it will show the opening screen and immediatley crash. I tried pretty much everything including factory reset, and all the Powershell commands, the wsreset, everything. it seems that after every factory reset, my PC, which is brand new btw behaves weirder and weirder. desperately need/ your help, thank you!

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

I suggest you to reset Windows Store Cache and check if it helps.

• 
  Press Windows Key + R key to open run box.
  
• 
  Type WSReset.exe and hit Enter.
  

 

Xbox and OneDrive won´t log in sometimes

For some reason my one computer won´t log on to the Xbox app and OneDrive. My other computer on the other hand works perfectly fine. I can´t seem to find to reason and even tried with a factory reset and still the same issue. Help?

I´ve allready tried deactivating the firewall and even rebooting the computer
