Windows 10: Micrtosoft 1383 mouse - lost USB receiver. Is it trash now?

Can I pair it directly to a PC? It doesn't work pressing the button that would likely be pair. Else can you send a new dongle so this doesn't become more e-waste?

I've lost usb receiver of my Microsoft sculpt ergonomic mouse and Keyboard, what should I do now for using my mouse and keyboard?

 

usb devices power lost when plug 3 devices

before the problem, i can plug up to 3 devices (except a dead usb 2.0 port)

but for today, the problem is started to appear

if i plug 3 devices then 2 devices will lost power

2 devices will lost power:

• usb 2.0 webcam
  
• wired mouse
  

these are all plugged devices (included pcie)

• usb 2.0 webcam
  
• wired mouse
  
• intel dual-band wireless AC-7260
  
• keyboard+mouse receiver
