Windows 10: mid game im having spikes of low fps than normal again than ping spikes too

for example im playing roblox i play like usual than after some minutes i start having ping spikes and fps drops that continue's every 2 to 3 minutes after that i get it again its hindering my player experience alot i dont know what to do please help and it only happens after i play for a few hours than it happens i think its a overheating problem because when it happens my laptop gets very hot

Random ping spikes in games

System:

Mobo: Gigabtye GA-A320M-S2H

RAM: 2xDDR4 8GB

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1800X

Storage: 1 HDD and 1 SSD (Windows is on SSD)

GPU: Nvidia GTX 1070

OS: Windows 10

Problem

While playing online games, my ping will randomly
spike up. In this time, my computer is effectively offline as I can't do anything online (use websites, discord calls etc). In games with built-in ping counters, it commonly reads 10,000 or more ping. After about 10 seconds, the ping will return to normal.
The ping spikes get less common the longer my computer is on to the point they barely happen. They only start if I play an online game. I have been unable to find a fix that works for the current version of Windows 10.

You could always shrink C in Disk Mgmt and Clean Install WIndows 10 in a Dual Boot to try it on that laptop: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

This way you can decide if you want to keep it on the PC, go back and forth, use both, or use one and keep the other in reserve. If you decide you want to keep it I'll show you how to still get a free WIndows 10 license, just skip the key during intsall.

Thanks for the swift reply.

Yes, I've gone through all the steps of checking and reinstalling my wireless adapter drivers, with no help. Also, it's not a hardware issue, as I have a Fedora 37 system installed via dual-boot. On Fedora, I get no latency spikes at all.

I came across a post here (Windows 11 Ping Spikes) that really sounds similar to my issue, but the possible solution did not fix my problem.
