    Middle mouse button mapped as slash for some reason, how can I fix it.


    Somehow my middle mouse button types a slash every time I click it instead of what it's supposed to do in any game and browser I try to use it in.

    FEAR 2 mouse button mapping FIXED

    what mouse do you have? Basically you set the a key on your keyboard for melee. Then that program maps the left thumb button on your mouse to that key. So if you map melee to 'g' in the game, and you map the left thumb button on your mouse to 'g' through that program, when you hit the thumb button, you will melee. Get it?

    • Which mouse are you using?
    • Have you installed any mouse utility for the same?
    Try to restore the defaults for the mouse settings.

    You may also try to map the middle mouse button to something else, then map it back to what it was previously.
