  1. Might've screwed Windows Firewall permissions. What can I do?

I think I might've changed some permissions by mistake while I was trying to allow one specific app to go through the Firewall. In the case I disabled something I need, would I get the prompt again once I try to use the app online?

Edit: What if I change the name of the app in that list? Will the PC have trouble using the Firewall settings I've made(Permissions) properly because of changing the name of the app in the Windows Firewall list?

Is window 10 firewall 1 way or 2 way?

I would like to know on how to create a white and black lists for firewall, so whenever any unknown traffic, it pops up and request permission and add into white or black lists in order to control and monitor and where to backup those lists as well.

On the other hands, there are windows firewall and windows defender, is there any difference in term of firewall?

Do you have any suggestions on whether win 10 Firewall has this feature or not?

Thank you very much for any suggestions (^v^)

  3. Best free AV and firewall

Can Windows Firewall block outgoing connections yet? If not, it's one step above useless.

Look into Online Armor for a free firewall.
