Windows 10: MIgrate 2012 R2 to 2019 new hardware, no Azure

Hello, I'm working on migrating a 2012 R2 server to 2019 on new hardware and not using Azure all in-house. Is there a step by step list I can use for this? Questions are: If I introduce the 2019 server to the domain, and the workstations are mapped to a unc Server2 or an IP address, do I can I do the migration and then change the name of the server from Server3 to Server2 for the mapped drives to see, & change the server IP to Server2's old IP in order to not change all the workstation maps, or is changing all the workstation maps easier & less troublesome?

Perform Upgrade of Windows Cluster & SQL Cluster from 2008 R2 to 2012 R2

I am looking to perform Upgrade of Windows cluster on which SQL cluster is running 2008 R2 and i have to upgrade the OS to 2012 R2.

Please can some one suggest or share some step by step guide which i can refer.

migrating Print Server From Server 2012 R2 Standard to Server 2012 R2 Standard

Hi dears ,

I want to use Printer migration tool to transfer my printers from my print-server 2012 R2 To another one Server 2012 R2 Which already Contain some printers in same network and shutdown old one so I exported all my printers data to a file and came to a new
print server to import them but Unfortunately while I want to import the printers I get error saying :

Windows could not read printer data from the import file , issue attached

Problem with data replication from win server 2019 to server 2012 R2

Can I do data replication from win server 2019 with Active Directory to server 2012 R2 without Active Directoriy?

Or I must install Active Directory on device with win server 2012 R2 first
