Windows 10: Migrated drive restart

Laptop Asus N752vx, Windows 10, cloned OS to Samsung EVO960 SSD NVMe, works fine, but when I select "Restart" it stucks on ASUS start screen and needs button OFF and ON.
Initial drive still restarts fine. Brakes my nerves...

Hard drive/ OS issue

a guy suggested :

• shutdown
• unhooked HDD
• restarted
• yay !!
• reconnected HDD
• restarted
• yay !!

Yes, I have tried the steps above and it did not resolve the issue.

My pen drive is still showing "not migrated"
