Windows 10: Migrating a Windows 10 Digital License to another Laptop

Hello,

I have just purchased a new laptop, my old laptop has Windows 10 Pro, which I got during the "free upgrade" period, everything that I've researched says that this license is tied to my Microsoft Account, I used this account to activate my new laptop but I still only see the Windows 10 Home edition installed.

I have tried:
- Finding any sort of product key on my old laptop which wouldn't exist since digital licenses don't have this

- Activation Troubleshooter doesn't work I can't click on it

If someone could help me with this it would be greatly appreciated as I need to run Hyper-V for my development projects.

Migrating Digitally Licensed Windows 10 to SSD

I am very confused on how to migrate my current OS to my SSD by using the new ISO by Windows. I have installed the ISO onto a flash drive. I have booted the flash drive and it says that I have to go back and start Windows normally and restart the upgrade
process. What does this mean? Could anyone give me step-by-step instructions on how to migrate my OS? Also, my Windows 10 is digitally licensed.
