Windows 10: Migrating from one PC with Win Pro to a PC with Win Home

I have bought a new PC which has Windows Home my old PC has Windows Pro - how do I move everything over to the new machine without having to install all the programs from the old PC like MS Office / Photoshop etc.

Thanks Alan and Neilpzz, that's not good news. I'm virtually (no pun intended) certain there was nothing in the migration prep steps for Win 10 to say Virtual PC would not work. We are running Win 10 Pro and the laptop does have the capability to run Hyper-V
but what I'm not sure is whether I can lay my hands on the CD for the Win XP system I used previously - I know I've got the Lotus WordPro CDs but without the XP CD I'm up the creek without the proverbial paddle.

I did have a brief look at the Hyper-V Help text and it didn't seem too helpful, only seeming to mention Win 10 in odd places and mainly still referring to Win 8 and Windows Server 2012 - that does not auger well either. I'm not even sure it says Win XP
will run in Hyper-V.

Neilpzz - are you suggesting Oracle VM VirtualBox might be a simpler option and more likely to run Win XP?
