Windows 10: Migrating to new SSD?

I created an image of the old SSD with macrium Reflect and restored it to the new SSD.
However the PC won't boot even if that's the only SSD I have installed.

In Diskmanagement Events I can see:
"Device settings for SCSI\Disk&Ven_NVMe&Prod_Samsung_SSD_970\5&bbc8c1b&0&000000 were not migrated from previous OS installation due to partial or ambiguous device match."

Migrate windows to a new ssd

cool, so I just migrate windows using a clone software to my new ssd and it will work?

Migrating OS to new SSD

I currently have WIN 10 installed on my current 120gb SSD, I upgraded to WIN 10 from WIN 8 (I still have the key for WIN 8), I want to replace my current SSD for my new 500gb SSD, how can I migrate to the new SSD (note, I don't want to keep anything i
currently have on my SSD, I essentially want a fresh install)

 

Need to migrate Windows 10 installation to new SSD , it's a mess.

I did the Diskpart step that SWI2 explained in post #14 and rebooted, but I still see drive D having the system label.
