Windows 10: Migration of Windows 10 Digital License

Hey there!For last two weeks I have been trying to migrate my Windows 10 Digital License from old laptop that has reached end of his life and is about to be put away on a shelf and be the machine 'for emergencies'. Now, I think that in general it is possible - if I remember right the license that is currently present on my laptop has been also transfered years back from another old machine, which then was being decomissioned in favor of new laptop.The problem is, whatever I do the solution does not want to stick. Migrating Digitally Licensed Windows 10 to SSD

I am very confused on how to migrate my current OS to my SSD by using the new ISO by Windows. I have installed the ISO onto a flash drive. I have booted the flash drive and it says that I have to go back and start Windows normally and restart the upgrade
process. What does this mean? Could anyone give me step-by-step instructions on how to migrate my OS? Also, my Windows 10 is digitally licensed.
