Windows 10: Mikrophone max. 16000 Hz after last Update

After the last Update i can not set my micro higher than 16.000 Hz, so everybody hear me badly. No other options to select.Other collegues have they same problem, with different headsets and vendors.The same, use of usb and so the windows standard usb audio driver.Current Version: 10.0.26100.4202Date: 23.05.2025Before update, nobody had this problem, every micro was at 48000 HzIs there a way to get the old driver?Is Microsoft working on this problem?[moved from de-de]

Max sample rate and bit depth only 16 bit, 48000 hz

I have a Logitech G Pro X and i are having problems with surround sound. Its nothing wrong with the headset because i tested it on another pc. My max sample and bit depth is 16 bit and 48 000 hz (dvd quality) Plz help me fix this problem

Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

change my internet speed from 2.5 Hz to 5 Hz.

My Spectrum technician gave me an ID for 2.5 Hz and an extension for 5Hz. Using Windows 10 I attempted to use the ID with the extension to increase my internet speed. I cannot get windows 10 to respond to this attempt. Can anyone give me a step by step
instruction?
