Windows 10: Minceraft troubleshot on neoforge

No Troubleshot option in Advanced startup menu..

So, I have a Toshiba Satellite P70-B-10T laptop and it came with Windows 7 Home preinstalled. I upgraded it to Windows 10 and installed all updates. I need to disable Driver Signature Enforcement, and the only way that works is through Advanced startup menu
(through Troubleshot option). But, there is no Troubleshot option available in the Advanced startup menu of my Windows 10. There are only 3 options:

1) Continue to Windows;

2) Use a device;

3) Turn off PC.

I feel like my Windows is secured somehow.

What can I do?

 

After updaing to build 14251, issue with IE 11 error as "There is a problem with this website's security certificate".

Step 2: Follow the steps to clear cache and cookies in Internet Explorer.

• Press ctrl key + Shift key + Delete key on your keyboard.

• Click on Delete button.

Method 2: Also I suggest you to try accessing the website through Microsoft Edge and check if the issue persist or not.

Adding a device with USB cord

I made sure it was not the USB. I had my daughter plug in her phone to the same USB port and it worked. I also powered on/off my system as well as troubleshot the issue. I did not however do the advanced step that you listed. I returned the GPS as I figured
it was not compatible with my Windows 10.
