Windows 10: Minecraft acc is linked to an email that doesn't exist/work anymore and won't let me play...

So this is actually my boyfriend having these issues and he has kind of lost hope at trying to restore his ability to play Minecraft on his console so I am trying to find an answer to fix this. Pretty much, whenever he gets on his PS5 to play Minecraft, it says that "Failed to login: Oops! Looks like this account is already connected. Please sign in with your previously connected Microsoft Account." So it doesn't tell him what email it is under but there are 2 possible emails and one email is deleted and the other one isn't working as it just saying it doesn't exist and will not let him login.

Scanner doesn´t work anymore after last Windows 10 update

As many people on the internet already are discussing, their scanner doesn´t work anymore after the last Windows update. But there seem to be no solution.

My Scanner starts making noises, as usual, and then i get error messages: "Communication with the scanner is not possible"
or this




Is there a workaround for that?

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Re-install the TWAIN drivers? (They are not included in Windows.)

You might get a better answer if you gave the make and model of the scanner.
