Windows 10: Minecraft bedrock edition stuck on loading resource screen when lunching

please help my Minecraft is stuck on this screen I tried the methods given my some people it didn't work am using 32bit version as it has no render engine and am on windows 10 64 bit ,I even reinstalled my windows and restarted the game reinstalled the game cleared the cache reinstalled Microsoft store it didn't work it is not even letting me to access setting or play when I open the game it just flickers and shutters and shows this screen.

Minecraft Realms Stuck On Loading Resource Packs

My friend owns a Minecraft bedrock realm, which he recently updated to 1.12.0. But Now when I try to join it gets stuck on loading resource packs. The other members can join just fine, but I cant. - I Have Resolved The Problem

 

Can't Sign in to MineCraft Bedrock Edition for my Microsoft account.
