Windows 10: Minecraft Bedrock on Windows 10 is only playing sound when inactive

This issue has been irritating me ever since I purchased the game. Whenever I go on Minecraft: Bedrock Edition, no sound is able to play, including from other programs. However, all sound plays fine if I click a window on my second monitor, making the Minecraft window go out of focus. There have been cases where the audio begins to function correctly, but eventually, the problem reappears.The problem likely stems from the fact that I'm using Sony Bluetooth headphones which have caused issues in the past. When I use my monitor's built-in audio, it will operate as intended.

Is there anyway I can get Minecraft bedrock now, I didn't know what minecraft bedrock was up until recently and I want to get it to play with friends but I don't know how because its after April 20th
