Windows 10: Minecraft Bedrock turns off all of my audio and is really choppy

Whenever I load up Minecraft Bedrock SPECIFICALY it will unplug all of my audio devices, only when i unplug them and plug them back in it will work, i have no idea why only minecraft bedrock would do this but it does, and another problem it has is when i load it up it becomes super choppy, like it will perfectly time 1 of 60 frames to freeze for like a split second and then stop, this problem goes away when i shut down the computer and launch minecraft for the first time, if i close the game and reopen it it has that problem, and idk if these are related but its so bizarre idk how they have p

Hi, I play minecraft bedrock from my android device my problem is i basically finished a world of minecraft without cheats but it didn't give me even 1 archievements i have no idea whats wrong the connection is working and my minecraft is in recent version any suggestions?
