Windows 10: Minecraft bought on wrong account

Hi, Last week I purchased Minecraft Java Edition through minecraft.net. While purchasing I selected the option to log in with my microsoft account, I was not prompted to type in my password and instead was brought straight to the purchase screen. As I thought I was signed into my account, I selected my payment option and checked out only to find out that the account to which I was signed into was not mine. I have no idea how this is possible as I did not recognize the username of the account and have no idea which email it could be linked to or how it got on my computer at the time of purchase

I accidently bought minecraft using the wrong microsoft account, i also used a key to buy it so if i read right i cant refund it, is there any way to change it or anything i can do beside of buying it again?

It looks as if the existing minecraft server will use the new system without modification - It needs to be able to access the computers on the network in a two way link, which is the standard for Workgroup and Homegroup

It's not something I have any direct experience with but a quick read suggests to me that you will not need to do Much if any reconfiguration of the existing server
