Windows 10: Minecraft bought on Xbox Account and even in Windows Store

It's crazy, it can't seem to download Minecraft Bedrock Edition. I already own the game on an Xbox. I was hoping that i could install the game on my new PC since i already bought it, but hey, nope.. Microsoft wants you to buy it twice.So.. i did. I want to redeem the code.. when i redeem it, it says: Looks like you already own thisGo to My games and apps, or My library on your home device, to download it. If you’re gaming from the cloud, it should be ready to go. Get more infoGreat.. But when i check so called solotion, it only gives me the option to install the game on my 'XBOX device'.

Bought Minecraft for Xbox when i needed Windows 10 and can't get a refund

• child account, used my card on with my mother's account to buy it
• Minecraft order won't show up on my or my mother's Microsoft store account
• removed myself from the family and reconnected to family

cant even download Minecraft because apparently the game is Xbox only and cant be played on my pc.

So I just downloaded minecraft on my xbox but for some reason it's not showing up in my games in the play store on my pc. I can play it on xbox and according to the mojang website, I should be able to play it on both my xbox and my pc. These are the steps
that it says to take:

For Windows10:

1. Using your Microsoft account, sign into the PC where you want to install your games.
2. Click on the three dots in the Windows Store next to your profile pic.
3. Go to My Library. If you already own the game, you can download it from there.

 

Do I have to buy Minecraft PE on Windows 10 when my xbox account linked on minecraft pe ios?

I bought Minecraft PE on my ios device and linked to xbox account so i want to know if i linked my xbox account to minecraft pe ios device, do i have to buy it in xbox store on windows 10 too?
