Whenever I open an app it says "This app cannot be open. Check windows store to get more info about this app" and when I click to open store it doesn't open

Whenever I open an app it says "This app cannot be open. Check windows store to get more info about this app" and when I click to open store it doesn't open!! I also tried to solve this problem by resetting the store app by running "wsreset.exe" but it
says "This application cannot be started. Try reinstalling the application to fix the problem." What should I do now?

 

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

It is not working if it can't open.

I suggest that you contact the Manufacturers of that App.
