Windows 10: Minecraft Dungeons Installation & Start Menu Icons Issue

I'm having a bit of trouble. I recently had to reinstall Windows 10 on the recovery screen as BSOD errors were preventing me from even signing in to my PC. It kept all my files and just deleted all my apps which I've been reinstalling again. Java and Bedrock installed just fine. However, with Dungeons, it wouldn't install and just said "Error - See Microsoft Store Library for more details" and the Microsoft Store just said, "Something happened on our end".However, it still left two Minecraft Dungeons icons on the Start Menu. They do not do anything or open any apps when clicked and cannot be u

We understand the concern as you are unable to login to Minecraft Dungeons on your PC.
In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

• What is the Windows 10 Version and Build installed? (Type winver
  in Windows search/Run command)
• Are you signing in with the same Microsoft Account, you used at the time of purchase?
• What is the complete error message are you receiving while login?

Meanwhile, we would suggest you to perform these steps and check if the issue persists.



Step 1: Reset the app.

1. Press Windows + I key to open Windows
   Settings.
   
2. Click on Apps and select
   Apps & feature from the left pane.
   
3. Scroll and look for the Minecraft app.
   
4. Select the app and click on Advanced option.
   
5. Click on Reset and once you see a tick mark, then relaunch and check.

Start menu default internet acces icon screwed?

You generally set that via the Start Menu settings (right-click start menu -> properties).

I had that issues a while ago, and it meant removing it from the Start Menu, and reinstalling my browser to get the icon back, it was very odd.
