    minecraft dungeons won't load


    i built a new pc, had to purchase a new windows license to activate it. i did that. i downloaded minecraft dungeons which i already owned by my MS account and when i click it nothing happens. the game doesn't launch. no error messages or anything. just nothing. i was able to install it to my other desktop and laptop just fine. the new pc meets minimum specifications, its a ryzen 3200g with an RX570 on a 1080p monitor, no reason it can't run minecraft dungeons from a hardware perspective. drivers and windows are up to date.

    Minecraft Dungeons won't load

    Getting an error too. "Unable to run the MicroSoft Dungeons runtime environment. This is most likely caused by a corruption. Please try to reinstall MineCraft Dungeons." Uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher several times, but does not help.

    We understand the concern as you are unable to login to Minecraft Dungeons on your PC.
    In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:



    • What is the Windows 10 Version and Build installed? (Type winver
      in Windows search/Run command)
    • Are you signing in with the same Microsoft Account, you used at the time of purchase?
    • What is the complete error message are you receiving while login?


    Meanwhile, we would suggest you to perform these steps and check if the issue persists.



    Step 1: Reset the app.

    1. Press Windows + I key to open Windows
      Settings.
    2. Click on Apps and select
      Apps & feature       from the left pane.
    3. Scroll and look for the Minecraft app.
    4. Select the app and click on Advanced option.
    5. Click on Reset and once you see a tick mark, then relaunch and check.
