Windows 10: Minecraft error 0x803F8001; solution won't work and now I'm even farther from home.

While trying to launch minecraft I repeatedly got the error code 0x803F8001. I found a solution https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/23431742854413-Troubleshooting-Accessing-Games-from-the-Minecraft-Launcher. Which told me to type, In Windows PowerShell, get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices remove-AppxPackage -allusers and press Enter. Which I did. Then in the same window, type start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLH and press Enter. Which I also did. However after doing so, I get send to a page that will not load. Now I'm stuck and entirely oblivious of what to do

Minecraft Launcher error 0x803F8001

I'm trying to install minecraft. I'm signed into my account in both the microsoft store app and on firefox.

the install went fine but when I try and open the launcher I get: "Minecraft Launcher is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"

Steps taken:

I've signed out of my account and signed back in.

I have uninstalled and re-installed.

I have rebooted and updated the laptop.

I've tried launching this from inside the store and from the windows search. Same error each time.

I do not understand how such a wide spread common game has so many problems being installed when I've never had a problem with any other game besides this one.
