Windows 10: Minecraft for windows 10 Can't connect to friend on PS4

This game has been extremely inconsistent since I bought it, which I have been regretting. Firstly, sometimes I can't even see which friends are online who are playing on PS4, even though I can see them in the windows overlay, but can't join their worlds, even though they are currently playing on them. I already purchased Minecraft for Java and played it for years. The only reason I spent, or say wasted my 30 bucks on this game was to play with my friends on PS4 and apparently this has been an issue for a while. Really hoping a moderator or other member on this forum can help me out. Have screen shots of the bs that this company should've fixed when it came out!

Cant join my friend on minecraft ps4 we both play on ps4 but cant join each others world

 

Can't connect to the Minecraft world of my friend on PS4

My friend and I are both on ps4, with the same version of minecraft, and both have Microsoft accounts and everything, and we still cant join each other's worlds, I'm so frustrated

 

Can't see friends in Minecraft friends list

All are on Bedrock Edition. Me (Win 10), friend a (PS4), and friend b (Win 10). I did all the security check list and made sure I appear ONLINE. I can connect to the PS4 WHEN their names appear in the list but the other Win 10 I can't. What next?
