Windows 10: Minecraft for Windows 10 Starter Pack won't install

I bought Minecraft for Windows 10 Starter Pack. But my boyfriend has the java edition so we can't play together. He suggested I uninstall it to see if I could return it for a refund. But I'd already played it for a bit so I couldn't return it. When I try to reinstall it, it says it is downloading but no progress is made. It is now 3 AM and I have been trying to reinstall it since 8PM yesterday. I tried all the suggested fixes but none of them worked. Except the powershell which told me the request was denied. I don't know what to do. This cost me $30 which is a lot when you only budget out tha

Windows 10 Minecraft starter collection shows I can install on pc but nothing happening when i hit button

please help , i`m so confused . Purchased Minecraft windows 10 starter collection on pc but it won`t install or show its installing . Can`t figure it out, please help

I recently purchased Minecraft for Windows 10 Starter Collection. And I received all the Texture Packs and Skins available with it but havent received the 700 Minecoins which is included in the Pack. Anywhere I should receive it or Activate it to get it in
my Account.?

• Are you trying to install the starter pack from the disc?
• Are there any error messages when you try to install the starter pack?
