Windows 10: Minecraft for windows 10 won't re download after already buying the game before.

My friend bought Minecraft a while back and eventually it stopped opening. He reset his computer and it won't let him re download it. It was stuck on pending and today it just shows that he didn't even download the game in the first place. We checked the links some people provided and it says that he bought the game but still, windows store won't let him re download it.

• What is the make and made of the tablet?
• Which version of Minecraft you are trying to download?
• Which build of Windows 10 is installed in the tablet?
• Are you using the same Microsoft account to check the game on the pc?

This issue might be due to windows update. So, is suggest you update the windows (including all the pending windows updates).

I also suggest you to run windows store app troubleshooter.

Please follow the steps to run windows store app troubleshooter:

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar and press
  enter.
• Click on view all from the left panel and select
  Windows store apps troubleshooter.
• Click on advanced and select run as administrator.
• Then click on next.

Can't download Minecraft for Windows 10

Hi,

There are many possible reasons why you are unable to download Minecraft for Windows 10 on your PC. There is a possibility that the license of the game did not reflect right away on your account or you are logged in to a different profile. To resolve your
concern, you may need to reset the Windows Store to clear the store cache. You may follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.
  
• Click on Command prompt (Admin).
  
• Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.
  

Make sure that you are logged in to the account that you used to purchase the game. You can also try to sign out and sign in to the Windows Store again to refresh your profile.

To download the game:

• Launch Windows Store and click on the profile icon at the top right of the page.
• Go to My Library and download Minecraft for Windows 10.

If you are still unable to download the game, you may open the Xbox App and go to
My Games.

Download the game there. If the game is not available, click on Find games in the Store.
