Windows 10: Minecraft for windows 10

So I bought minecraft for windows 10 on my xbox with my Microsoft account. The problem is I want to download minecraft for windows 10 on my computer but its saying i need to buy the exact same version again with the same microsoft account. I dont know why it wont let me download it on my computer but when i bought pocket edition it let me install the game on multiple devices using the same account. Also when i got sea of thieves on my xbox it allowed me to install it with my microsoft account. So why wont it let me install minecraft but it lets me install sea of thieves? Please help

Homegroup For Minecraft Servers Or What?

It looks as if the existing minecraft server will use the new system without modification - It needs to be able to access the computers on the network in a two way link, which is the standard for Workgroup and Homegroup

It's not something I have any direct experience with but a quick read suggests to me that you will not need to do Much if any reconfiguration of the existing server
