Windows 10: Minecraft for windows 10

Hello, I am having issues redeeming my windows 10 minecraft edition key. Its saying on my account the code was redeemed in 2017 august 19 on the mojang website in my mojang account page. I checked my Microsoft accounts for both of the emails i have for it and the game is not available. It just says buy or free trial. when i got to redeem code i put the code in from my minecraft account and it says its already redeemed for both of the Microsoft accounts i have. I really don't want to have to buy this game if i cant get it resolved before the deadline for the free acquisition if you already own mincraft for java. also its not in my microsoft purchase history on either accounts i have. please help!
