Windows 10: Minecraft for Windows Starter Collection - Bundle is not available

In 2019 I purchased "Minecraft for Windows Starter Collection" through the microsoft store on PC and have been using it since then.I have just reinstalled windows on my pc and when I go to the MS store to reinstall minecraft I cannot find this title.If I go to my account purchases I can find the link to the correct bundle https://www.xbox.com/en-au/games/store/minecraft-for-windows-starter-collection/9n4km90ctzt6 but it says "bundle is not available" and I cannot install it. How do I get it back?

We understand your concern as you are getting a prompt to purchase Minecraft Starter Edition. In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below

• Where did you redeem the code?
  
• Where and when you are getting this purchase prompt?

However, we would like to inform you that Minecraft Bedrock Edition is not available in Microsoft Store. In Microsoft Store you will have the Minecraft Starter and Master collection.



If you have redeemed the code in Mojang website and installed the Bedrock edition from Mojang, then we will suggest you to reinstall the game from Mojang website and sign in with the same account, which was
used for redemption.



Minecraft Starter collection is all together a different game, which you have to purchase separately from Microsoft Store.



I would also suggest you to contact the Mojang support team for further assistance on this issue.

Minecraft Starter Edition Bundle

Hey, I bought the Minecraft Starter Edition Bundle I received everything besides the 700 Minecoins. I did everything it said to claim the 700 Minecoins but I still did not receive it. is there anything I can do about this or can someone help me?

Thanks. I've seen you post this before, and I've performed all of these steps. I still get the 'This product won't work on this device' message when I look at the page for the 'minecraft for windows 10 starter collection.' The store looks like it's working
fine. Other apps appear like I could run them. This appears to be a minecraft-specific thing. I've seen this on at least two separate Win10 laptops at this point.
