Windows 10: minecraft laucher crashes with an error that signal low memory, but I don't know how to fix it.

the crash report says the following:## There is insufficient memory for the Java Runtime Environment to continue.# Native memory allocation mmap failed to map 402653184 bytes for G1 virtual space# Possible reasons:# The system is out of physical RAM or swap space# The process is running with CompressedOops enabled, and the Java Heap may be blocking the growth of the native heap# Possible solutions:# Reduce memory load on the system# Increase physical memory or swap space# Check if swap backing store is full# Decrease Java heap size -Xmx/-Xms# Decrease number of Java threads#

minecraft Crashing while Opening laucher

I recently re downloaded minecraft due to me deleting it so I can install a new forge, but when I open the laucher it comes up with two tiny boxes that say, "downloading native laucher," (it also has a bar thats not going up) and a second that says, "Unable
to update native laucher". I put two pictures to show what I mean. Please help me, and I've tried deleting the files again, uninstalling it through control panel, and removing it using the minecraft installer.

Although I removed Minecraft and reinstalled it, and

although I run App Troubleshooter, and

updated Java, restarted my PC

the problem still remains,

Minecraft Launcher starts but when

the related window appears only (with its title)

immediately crashes...
