Windows 10: minecraft master collection for windows 10 installation failed

hello i cannot download the minecraft master collection and the bundles that comes with the master collection but i can see minecraft for window 10 being installed, thanks a lot for helping me out

why i cant install Minecraft Master Collection onto my window 10?

i'm able to install the Minecraft Trial but not the purchased Minecraft master collection.

anyone facing this issue?

 

Windows 10 Minecraft Master Collection

I bought Minecraft Master Collection for $49.99 on 8/31/2020 nd the microsoft store says I OWN the game, however I cannot install this. I click install and it downloads the normal MineCraft Windows 10, not the Master Collection. I have not received any
of the packs or coins and no other forum has given me a clear answer to how to fix this or get a refund. I need help ASAP on this issue.
